Texas Nepalese Medical Organization, TNMA, is a non-profit, nonpolitical medical organization of Nepalese medical professionals dedicated to provide free health clinic. TNMA was established to foster cooperation and cohesiveness in the medical community, to run free Health Camps efficiently, and to educate community members about health issues.

Texas Nepalese Medical Association was established in September, 2018 with the goal of providing free health care, providing education on health related topics and uniting the medical, nursing and allied health personnel under one common platform.
